3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your duit88 Account or any rights therein to any third party.

Where a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, duit88 will immediately close the Account, void all Bets placed, and return any deposited Funds in accordance with applicable procedures.

5.1 Deposits. duit88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB internet banking, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Withdrawals. 5.5 duit88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.
6.1 duit88 may from time to time offer Bonuses to Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Once a Bet is confirmed by duit88's systems, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where duit88 determines in its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
7.3 Manifest Errors. duit88 reserves the right to void Bets accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Where a void is applied, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
7.4 duit88 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict markets, or decline any Bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
